New Top Commenter File

After trying and failing with the comment program that blogger provides, I decided to try Intense Debate on my blog. Intense Debate give bloggers more control over their comments. Also, commenter's are given reputation, so bad seeds that spam will be shown for what they really are. Bloggers also get statistics on the comments on their blogs. Keep an eye out for the new comment system soon.
