You can find the general web host features, ratings, up time, pricing, bandwidth, and a category called trust factors. I really liked trust factors. :)

I found it very interesting that 1&1 has over 7 million customers and 1&1 currently serves over 9 million domain names at its 40,000 server strong worldwide data centers. That's the kind of info you won't alway find on a web hosts site.
