Goodnightmoonfuton.com offers a 30 day return policy for any reason. You can return any item you purchase from Goodnightmoonfuton.com with the exception of mattresses, which are not returnable due to Massachusetts state law, or any cover requiring extra loft or one that is made from fabric in our exclusive collection. Such covers are special orders and thus non-returnable. In the rare occurrence of an error in manufacturing, exclusive covers will be corrected only at the manufacturers expense. Due to the special nature of our exclusive fabrics no returns can be accepted. All items must be in re-salable condition and in the original packaging. Once Goodnightmoonfuton.com receives the returned merchandise and it is inspected we will issue a refund minus the original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. All returns must first be authorized by Goodnightmoonfuton.com.

All shipping costs for warranty parts are paid by the customer unless notified otherwise by the manufacturer in question.
What's covered? All Warranties state that any item purchased will be free of defects in Workmanship and Materials.
What's not covered? Malicious damage, improper use, storage, assembly, shipping, cleaning, finishing, unauthorized modification, and unusual climatic conditions.
Mattresses are not covered for the following conditions: should products be misused, burned, damaged by urine, blood, or moisture, neglect; accident, improper operation, maintenance, storage, transportation, or handling. The Normal Wear and Tear that occurs over time is also not covered.
